The service

Downlink lets artists create free-download pages for their own tracks. Fans unlock the download by supporting the artist on their social platforms.

Your content, your rights

By uploading a file or linking a SoundCloud track, you declare that you own the rights to that content or hold an explicit authorization to distribute it for free.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree to indemnify the operator against any claim arising from content you uploaded.

Publishing content you do not own the rights to leads to removal of the content and closure of the account for repeat offenses.

Notice and takedown

Rights holders can report infringing content at the address below, including the page URL and proof of their rights. Reported content is reviewed and removed promptly when the claim is valid.

The service is provided as is

Downlink is provided without availability or durability guarantees. Keep your own copies of your files: the service may evolve or close.

Accounts that abuse the service (spam, piracy, technical abuse) can be suspended without notice.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
